How to make with McCormick Spice Blends

Image
***UPDATED 9/2/23*** Don't you love trying new recipes? We do and we thought we'd show you a way to vamp up your butter. We used McCormick Spice blends Perfect Pinch in Vegetable, Lemon Herb, and Sweet Onion & Herbs. What you need: 1/2# of Butter ( 2 sticks ) softened Cream ( just enough to make it easier to whip ) 1 tsp of your choice of McCormick herb blends Instructions: 1. Whip up softened butter and a small amount of cream in a mixer until you have a whipped consistency. 2. Add herb blend and whip once again. We divided the butter into 4 portions with different herbs and one with apricot preserves. The butters were delicious on crackers but we all agreed they would be super delicious on rolls. You can also use the herb butter in dishes, meats, fish, chicken, and we could go on and on. You get the idea. So why have boring butter when you can have scrumptious butter? Have it for dinner or a party. Enjoy!! We would love to hear from y...

Paul Mitchell Scalp Care Product Review

Image
Hey everyone!! This blog post is a product review of Paul Mitchell Scalp Care. Cathy's daughter, Michele (who is a hair stylist) gave us samples of the product. We all three used it and since it really takes up to 60 days to see a difference, we couldn't give a full evaluation. But that said, we do think the product smelled medicinal, more than likely because of the tea tree oil. The color turned us off because we have white hair and using colored shampoos other than purple/blue shampoos, may make our hair a bit yellow.  Kelly said the tonic made her scalp tingle and maybe it was working on her. She didn't have enough product in the bottle to really tell. If you want to try the product, ask your hair stylist if she/he has a sample box. Here's our video review of the product. If you hang in their long enough, there's a conversation about stimulation & alcohol. Watch and see!!! DON'T FORGET our Tip Jar. Our equipment works okay but we...

Rodan + Fields Redefine Regimen Skincare Review

Image
We girls were contacted by a Rodan + Fields consultant, Jeanette Shaver, to review Redefine Regimen Skincare products. She sent us samples to try. This review is based on 2 applications per step. The first was the Daily Cleansing mask. It is an exfoliating kaolin clay-based mask that you gently message with wet fingers into dry skin, then leave on for two minutes or so until it dries, and rinse off. We all agreed it was a smooth application and dried within the allotted time of 2 minutes. It felt like it was tightening the skin and left a refreshed feeling after washing. The second step was the Night Renewing Serum. Time-release technology works all night to reduce anti-aging and wrinkles. Former younger looking skin. Night renewing serum contains a proprietary blend of powerful peptides and retinol.  It had a silky feel while applying and dried verily quickly. You are to apply a moisturizer after this step.  Jeanette also sent us a lip serum and this was a bit...
