Thanksgiving is this week and we hope you have things you are thankful for. I happen to be thankful that I will have leftover turkey after our Thanksgiving meal. This recipe,  Turkey Dumpling Stew , is a great way to use use it up, is delicious and extremely easy to make. I made this a while ago and wanted to save this blog post until this week, seeing it's that time of year for gobbling up the turkey. When I made this, I had some green beans leftover and thought, why not! You can customize this recipe with whatever leftover meat and veggies you may have leftover. TOTAL TIME:  Prep: 20 min.
