Butterscotch-Toffee Cheesecake Bars Recipe from Taste of Home

***updated March 3, 2025** I'm an avid fan of Taste of Home recipes. As I was flipping through one of their many cookbooks, I came across this delicious-looking recipe with butterscotch, toffee, and cream cheese and who wouldn't love that combination? This is a multi-step recipe and it did take some time because of the steps but it's well worth it. They are extremely rich and would make a great dessert for church or a potluck supper. Butterscotch-Toffee Cheesecake Bars Ingredients 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size) 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix 1/3 cup canola oil 2 large eggs, divided use 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup brickle toffee bits, divided 1/2 cup butterscotch chips *************************************************************************** Would you like to help us do reviews?
