Sipping and Sampling: Non-Alcoholic Beer Taste Test with Kelly & Jay

Image
Come along for our Sipping and Sampling of non-alcoholic beer with me, Kelly, and my husband Jay. It was a great way to experience different flavors and styles without the worry of overindulging. There are a wide variety of non-alcoholic beers available, ranging from light lagers to dark ales and everything in between. A non-alcoholic beer taste test can be a fun and educational way to explore the differences between different brands. We understand that it can be difficult to give up drinking alcohol, especially if it has been part of your life for a long time. That's why we're here to let you know that there's an alternative: non-alcoholic beer. Non-alcoholic beer is becoming increasingly popular and for good reason. It has all the same flavor as regular beer but without the alcohol content. This makes it a great option for those who want to enjoy the taste of beer without the associated risks of alcohol consumption. Non-alcoholic beer can be enjoyed with friends, at parti...

Product Review - FoodSaver V4400

Image
***UPDATED 4/27/24*** Another Christmas present my husband and I received was a FoodSaver .  We received this from my son and his wife .   We were thinking about getting one and of course, my husband wanted to buy one right before Christmas .  My practice is not to buy anything right before Christmas just in case you get it for Christmas .  Good thing I would not let him get one .  ðŸ˜œ   This is the machine we received, FoodSaver V4400 .  I didn't know there were so many different styles and kinds of food savers.   This one is a nice size.   Not too small or big.   It fits on my counter nicely, but when not in use I have it on my buffet.   I don't have a lot of counter space. As you can see it also vacuums containers and bags.  It came with a roll to size your own, a couple small reusable bags, a couple of larger reusable bags, and bags to seal already sized .  I have to admit, I have not tried reusable bags ye...

Top 10 Foods to Stock Up on NOW

Image
***UPDATED 8/5/23*** Are you shocked by the price increase in food lately? I sure am, so I've started stocking up on non-perishable foods. I'm not really what you call a prepper but with the way the world is right now, I don't think it will hurt to have a stockpile of food.  My suggestion on canned goods is, if you have an Aldi store nearby, shop there for your canned goods. They are cheaper than most grocery stores I shop and the quality is the same or even better. My husband loves their soups. Storage was a problem for us so we decided to buy a couple of cabinets to store our food. They didn't take long to put together and they look attractive. You can use whatever space you have but I suggest you designate a space for a large amount of food.  Amazon.com: Sauder Storage Cabinet, Highland Oak Finish : Home & Kitchen If you start storing up food, make sure when you use a food item that you replace it and put the newer product in the back, that way you won't hav...
