My family is hosting Easter brunch this year and I've come up with a menu that everyone will love, even the kiddos. Instant Pot Ham This ham  is juicy, flavorful and so easy to make with a spiral-sliced ham and sweet maple glaze that warms up in the pressure cooker. ***UPDATED 9/2/23*** What is   'Walking Taco"?  You take a small bag of corn chips or Doritos open it up and put seasoned taco meat over the chips along with your favorite taco topping such as lettuce, taco sauce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on top.  You can then walk around eating this right out of the bag with a fork.   This is a spin on the Walking Taco but in casserole form which is perfect for teens and family gatherings. INGREDIENTS 1  1/2 lbs.- 2 lbs. ground beef 1  (1 oz.) pkg taco seasoning 3/4 cup water 1 (15.5) oz. pkg Fritos 3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese taco toppings of your choice...taco sauce, diced onions, olives, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole. INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.   Spray a 9"x 13" baking dish with nonstick spray.   Spread half of the Fritos in the bottom of the dish.
