No Bake S’mores Recipe by The Pioneer Woman

***UPDATED 5/31/24*** I don't know about you but it's way too hot to be roasting marshmallows, even though I LOVE them. Recently I found a recipe for No Bake S'mores Bars by the Pioneer Woman and decided it's a great time to get my roasted s'mores and not sweat to death LOL! Plus, these would make a great treat for the upcoming 4th of July. Ingredients Nonstick cooking spray, for the pan 4 T salted butter 10 oz. bag mini marshmallow 12 oz. bag of semisweet chocolate chips Pink of salt 9 graham crackers, broken into pieces 1/4 C mini chocolate-coated candies 2 T rainbow sprinkles Directions Line a 9" square baking pan with waxed paper, overlapping all 4 sides. Spray with cooking spray. Place a nonstick pan over low heat and add the butter. When melted, add 2/3 of the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until the marshmallows have melted and combined with the butter, about 3 minutes.
