Peppermint Bark Cookies - The combination of white peppermint bark atop a chocolate cookie base equals the ultimate holiday treat. This big-batch recipe is ideal for cookie swaps, festive parties or even wrapping up as gifts. It is also easy enough for baking with the whole family. Instead of forming individual cookies, you break the giant sheet into pieces, just like you would with traditional bark.

Smashed Sugar Cookies - We love the imperfection of these festive smashed cookies. The addition of two eggs gives the centers a tender and soft texture, while the crinkled edges get ever so slightly golden and crisp. Top with a simple confectioners' sugar glaze for a holiday treat perfect for a cookie tin.

Peppermint Muffin Tin Cookies - Thanks to the help of a muffin tin, these peppermint-spiked sugar cookies are perfectly round every single time. They're also easy enough for everyone in the family to pitch in to help. Frozen peppermint patties are stuffed in the middle to ramp up the flavor and provide a hidden surprise with the first bite. No need to decorate after baking -- the sprinkles go right on top before going into the oven so that once they are cool, they are ready to go.

Christmas Cookie Cutter Collection
National Cookie Cutter Week is celebrated annually from December 1-7, and is a time to recognize the beloved kitchen tool. During National Cookie Cutter Week, many bakers share their creations on social media, and the hashtag #NationalCookieCutterWeek is used to share recipes and baking tips. The week is a great opportunity to get creative in the kitchen and make something special for the holiday season. Whether you’re a novice baker or an experienced one, the possibilities are endless with cookie cutters. So let's all take part in National Cookie Cutter Week and get creative in the kitchen with our favorite shapes!
A few years ago, I made this Gingerbread Cookie Christmas Tree with the star cookie cutters. The trick to have a tall tree is to cut out 2 of each size.
I started with a batch of homemade gingerbread cookie dough, which I rolled out and cut into stars of various sizes. I then arranged the stars into a Christmas tree shape, starting with the larger stars at the base and gradually getting smaller as I moved up. I used royal icing to stick the stars together and then decorated the tree with colorful icing, sprinkles, and candy. The result was a fun and festive Christmas tree that everyone loved! Not only was it a delicious treat, but it was also a great way to show off my baking skills.
Gingerbread men cookies are a classic holiday treat that can be decorated with royal icing for an extra special touch. These adorable cookies are perfect for holiday gatherings and make great gifts for friends and family. I had so much fun making these cuties :)
These were just a few of the cookies I've made over the years. I like being creative when it comes to cookies. I made some snowflake cookies one year but I didn't get a photo. They were white and blue, so pretty. Similar to the ones below.
