  My husband is trying to go gluten-free.  So before Christmas, we were trying to make gluten-free bread. One of our Christmas presents was a Hamilton Beach bread machine.  It has a gluten-free setting.  Nice, right?  So we have made a few items with it.  After all, it is tax season and I am super busy getting my records to the accountant. My husband has made several loaves of gluten-free bread.  We used the gluten-free setting.   He likes the ease of using the machine.   The bread turned out pretty good.   Gluten-free is a dense bread, so he mainly uses it for toast.   I thought I had a picture, but I guess not.   Sorry.
