Who doesn't love a good cocktail? We girls have been trying cocktails recently and on our last Facebook LIVE we tried Caramel Apple Mimosas. Oh were they good!! If you are interested in trying this cocktail, here is the recipe... Ingredients 2 tbsp. Caramel 2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar 1 c. apple cider 8 oz. caramel vodka 1 bottle champagne Apple slices, for garnish Directions Pour caramel sauce into a small dish. In another small dish, pour cinnamon sugar. Dip champagne flutes into caramel to the rim of the glass, then dip in cinnamon sugar. Pour apple cider, and caramel vodka, and top with champagne into flutes. Garnish with an apple slice and serve. It would make a wonderful Thanksgiving drink. You can also make this a non-alcoholic drink by leaving out the vodka and champagne and substituting it with sparkling apple cider. We hope you try this drink and love it as much as we did. CHEERS!! We girls were just discussing Thanksgiving foods and thought we'd share a few of our favorites with you. One of Cathy and Kelly's favorites is Sweet Potato Casserole . We just love the crunchy topping on the creamy sweet potatoes. A family favorite is Rhonda's Pickle Roll-ups . They don't last at our family functions.
