Making Mini Meatloaf is so Easy!

Let's Go On A Penny Date

**UPDATED 3/31/23** My husband and I make an effort to go on a date as much as we can. Since the COVID-19 pandemic happened, obviously, we aren’t able to go out to eat or to the movies. So we thought we'd try The Penny Date.  We were thinking about taking picnic food just in case we ended up in nowhere land, but we decided to wing it and whatever would happen we would be fine with it. Me and my man Jay Here's how it works: Get yourself a penny. Make sure you have a GPS handy, just in case you get lost. Choose a number between 10 & 20. At every intersection flip the coin, if it's tails go left, if it's heads go right. You get the idea. When you reach the number of flips, you've reached your date destination. It helps to have a paper and pen to keep up with the number of flips. You can also make it a bit more fun and ask questions of your significant other to learn more about each other. Here's a link to our  wishlist on  Amazon.com . We have items starting as low as $6.  *************************************************************************** Leftover Ham Casserole Recipe  courtesy of Food.com   INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni 2 cups broccoli 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 (10 oz) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup 2 cups cooked ham, chopped 1 1/2 cups light cheddar cheese, shredded pepper to taste 1/2 - 1/4 cup water DIRECTIONS Oven at 400 F.
