DIY - How to Make an Airtight Lid for Any Bagged Item

Image
Would you like to know how to put a lid on all those bags of sugar, candy, cereal, etc.? Cathy found out a way and wants to share it with YOU! What you will need: A plastic bottle with a screw top. A bag of whatever you want to keep fresh or just pour-able. Instructions:  Take the wrapper off the plastic bottle.  Cut the top of the bottle and cutting it short helps with the process. With the lid off, thread the bag through the top. Fold the bag over the top enough to cover the thread. Push the screw top down over the bag and then screw the top on. The bag will twist with it but you can turn the bag and it will be fine. Try it out and let us know how it works for you!!
