How to Wrap Artwork or Framed Pictures for Shipping  What you’ll need: Waxed paper or parchment paper  or any tissue paper if there is no chance of paint sticking Bubble wrap Foam board  or two-ply cardboard Packing tape Pool noodles for protecting corners and sides  Cardboard box or two scissors or box cutter We do a lot of shipping with our businesses but fragile artwork is an issue for us all !! Microbreweries are popping up everywhere. They are innovative in their brands and make great beer. BUT, if you don't like beer, what do you drink? Not Your Father's Root Beer. Rhonda was having a conversation with a friend about drinking beer and this particular beer came up. It's brewed by the  Small Town Brewery of Wauconda, Illinois. She bought the beer at LIDL grocery store. We tasted the beer and decided it did indeed taste like root beer but with a twist. Upon opening you could smell the vanilla aroma and the alcohol was detected. Rhonda liked it, which is unusual for her to like any alcoholic beverage. She said she'd bring it to a party if they were serving beer. Cathy thought it was too sweet for her taste but thought it would make a great dessert beverage. ***UPDATED 7/8/23*** Nature's Nectar Pure Coconut Water from ALDI didn't suit our fancy. We all agreed there's way to much sodium taste in the coconut water and as you get older, as we three are, we have to watch our sodium intake. As we taste-tested the water, the decision was it wasn't good to just drink but we did, however, agree that it might make a great addition to making smoothies.  How about making this delicious smoothie:  Ingredients            Coconut water, regular or flavored 2 bananas 2 mangos 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons honey Directions Fill ice trays with the coconut water and freeze until solid. Place the fruit, honey, and 12 to 14 coconut water-flavored ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. We can all use some good news nowadays. This story is about a young man named Will, his girlfriend, Ashley, and her sister, Hannah, who has Down syndrome. Will and Ashley had been dating for several years. In the meantime, Ashley took legal guardianship of Hannah. Now obviously Ashley is protective of her sister and wanted to make sure she was included in every aspect of her life. ***UPDATED 9/2/23*** Are you on a weight loss journey? Who isn't? We all want to be healthy and live a sassy life. Cathy has been changing it up and trying to eat healthy and she's started with breakfast. She's going the smoothie route. Smoothies can be a caloric nightmare but if you choose the right ingredients, you can have a delicious and healthy meal, for any part of the day. Here's Cathy's go-to smoothie recipe:  Ingredients 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey, chia seeds, or cocoa powder Instructions Rinse if using fresh berries  Add milk and berries to blender and pulse in 30-second increments until desired consistency Optionally add honey Enjoy a smoothie and watch our YouTube video as we talk about weight loss.
