I confess that I'm WAY past the childbearing years but our daughters are in that time of life. I do remember having menstrual pain and taking meds for relief but I wished I had a more natural way to help me. My daughter's time of the month is excruciatingly painful and it really keeps her down from living a fulfilled life.
