DIY - How to Make an Airtight Lid for Any Bagged Item

Would you like to know how to put a lid on all those bags of sugar, candy, cereal, etc.?
Cathy found out a way and wants to share it with YOU!

What you will need:
  1. A plastic bottle with a screw top.
  2. A bag of whatever you want to keep fresh or just pour-able.
Instructions:
  1. Take the wrapper off the plastic bottle.
  2. Cut the top of the bottle and cutting it short helps with the process.
  3. With the lid off, thread the bag through the top.
  4. Fold the bag over the top enough to cover the thread.
  5. Push the screw top down over the bag and then screw the top on. The bag will twist with it but you can turn the bag and it will be fine.

Try it out and let us know how it works for you!!

God’s Glory Box Unboxing Review January 2020

God’s Glory Box is a monthly subscription box for Christians.  You can try it out for a month or buy a lifetime subscription. The prices range from $32 to $499.99. I bought a year subscription for $125 at the time because they were offering 1/2 off  when I subscribed so I thought I’d enjoy a year of boxes.

Each month you will receive 3-4 hand-picked, high quality Christian items. In addition to those 3-4 items, 1-2 sharable items will be included to promote the spreading of God’s Glory. Each box will contain Christian related media, products, artwork, clothing, accessories, baked goods and Christian made snacks, and stationary to ensure that God is around you (and others, when shared) ALL DAY! They scour the internet, including sites such as Etsy and Instagram to find Christian artists and creators with beautiful products to share to a Loving audience.

The world is filled with many problems and issues that need to be addressed. For each box they ship, they donate 5 meals via FeedingAmerica.org. This amazing organization is changing the world for the better by feeding those in need.

The items in January 2020 Box has a devotional book, keychain, earrings, bookmarks, a couple of cards with codes to download a book (not pictured because I gave them away).
I've enjoyed the boxes so far and I think you will too.

Support Christian artist, spread God's glory & feed the hungry. What an awesome company!!

DoTerra On Guard - A must have for your household

Rhonda would like to share you with her love for DoTerra Oils.

I manage my husband’s two businesses.  In my spare time I am a DoTerra Advocate.  I love the DoTerra oils and other products they offer such as diffusers, beauty and skin products, dietary supplements and more.
I would like to tell you about one of my favorite products, On Guard oil.  This oil comes in a 15 ml bottle.  It is a blend made up of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils.  It smells GREAT!

On Guard can be used aromatically, topically and internally.  I use it aromatically in a diffuser to help kill germs in my office and home, especially during the winter months when all kinds of sickness are going around.   I also put some in a misting bottle with water to use has a room disinfectant and deodorizer.

I also use it topically on my feet to help bust my immune system.  DoTerra has made it easy to do this by making the On Guard Touch which is a 10 mL roll-on bottle.  This has Fractionated Coconut Oil added to the blend.  With this roll on you can apply it directly to the skin.  I usually put oils on my feet.

Then there is the On Guard Sanitizing Mist which comes in a 0.9 ounce spray bottle.  It is infused with moisturizing apple extract.  It kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria.  This product is great to have in your purse, backpack or car for when there is no soap and water to wash your hands.

These are just three of the On Guard products DoTerra has to offer.  There are more and if you would like to learn more about the products email me at BylerEssentials@aol.com .

DIY Valentine’s Day Centerpiece for under $10

Cathy made this DIY Valentine's Day Centerpiece for under $10 and you can too!

You can get these items at the Dollar Tree!
You will need...
  • 2 pillar vases
  • 2 LED tealight candles
  • heart banner
  • tiny conversation hearts
  • 2 items as fillers
Here is how to make this project:
  1. Put the filler items inside vase and TRY to center.
  2. Put candy around filler. Shaking helps the candy to go around the filler.
  3. Place tealight on top. As you can see, there is candy dust from shaking. You want to take a dry paper towel to wipe off.
  4. Turn the lights on when you need them!

Easy project and you can reuse the vases, lights and fillers for another holiday!
