I wanted a sifter to make it a little easier when I had to sift a lot of confectioners sugar for cookie making.
I bought this particular sifter from Amazon using an Amazon gift card given by my daughter and thought it would be perfect for my baking adventures.
All you need to start it up is 2 AA batteries. It holds 4 cups of flour and vibrates to sift. The cleanup is super easy, just rinse but don't immerse the whole thing in water.
Overall, I am pleased with this item. I will let you know how long it lasts me!

Do you have white/silver hair like us three sisters? I've been using Jhirmack Silver Brightening Ageless Shampoo for sometime now and would highly recommend it for your white, silver or gray hair.
Look & feel: it looks silvery / purple and feels thick and silky.
How it works: Like most purple shampoos, this works very subtly, so do not expect to completely "tone" brassy hair in one wash. You will need to use often to keep brassy/ yellow tones down. I have naturally white hair and use this once or twice a week without issue. The purple can take very quickly if you leave it stay on your hair very long before rinsing. I noticed in that situation, you should use it less often because your hair will turn purple.
Price: This brand is the MOST affordable purple shampoo on the market. I purchased it originally on Amazon but recently found it at Target for a great price.

We had fun trying this cool and refreshing product !
First time for some of us and as you can see in the video, it is easy to do!
VERY wet and is not chemical smelling.
Just takes a few minutes to do. Try to do this lying down because it is good for calming down and relaxing.
We liked it as it cools and relaxes us. Did moisturize quickly.
Cathy picked them up at Target. Maybe $2.99 . You can find it in most mass market retailers.
We gave it a thumbs up !!

We've reached out to companies to send us products and we received some samples from L'OREAL. The products we tested were: L'OREAL Hydra Genius and Youth Code Serum Corrector.
The Hydra Genius is made with Aloe water and it did what it said it would do, hydrate the skin. It was smooth going on and did have a matte finish.
The Youth Code Serum Corrector we could not give a true review because we would have had to use it for more than one application. But it was milky in color, had a medicinal scent and went on smooth without residue.

This is the product we chose to review for various reasons but mainly to be able to add more protein to the diet! NOTE: 2 out of the 3 sisters got the assignment right --- just sayin' !!! Review #1 (Cathy) I chose to keep with the holiday theme with vanilla flavor and made -- Simple Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Easy as pie !! Put all ingredients in the smoothie maker , blend and pour !! I tasted it before and after I added the protein powder. Cathy's opinion on Designer Whey protein powder ---- I think this particular flavor is fine. Make sure you add it to something with matching flavor or when vanilla compliments it. Easy to use , dissolves quickly and very slight difference in the taste after I added the powder. I would have never known if someone else had made it and didn't bother to tell me! Had to make a few changes since I didn't have almond milk.
I used lactose free milk and added a handful of almonds.
Tried it without the protein powder and it was ok, not a lot of flavor but creamy.
Added the vanilla whey protein powder and it was much better. It gave the smoothie that vanilla taste and it turned out creamier. Also you could taste the peanut butter better with the powder.
This
smoothie was easy and very good. I
thought maybe it would taste like banana or orange juice. I could taste the just a little of the orange
juice and none of the banana. I think it
could be better if made during strawberry season when the real flavor of the
strawberries would come through.
One
criticism would be: I made what the
recipe said for 2 people. It was enough
for 4 people.
I was given some protein powder by Cathy and she said to
make the smoothie by the recipe first then add the protein powder. Not
realizing the importance of that statement, I cho se to forgo the protein
powder. Then she tells me we were
suppose to be reviewing the protein powder.
I did not get that from our conversation. Oh well.
The protein powder
would make it a meal. Drink up.
